At Grand Estates, our experienced team works closely with luxury real estate buyers and their representatives to guide you through our simple, seamless, effective auction process. To learn more, please visit our Upcoming Auction section to request information, view photo tours, request a Property Purchase Package®, tour the property, and obtain details about how to bid.

1. Gain exclusive access to the most motivated sellers in the marketplace
Our listings are owned by highly motivated sellers who are ready to accept an auction’s market-driven price.

2. Explore the property
From the convenience of your computer, you can view details and professionally photographed images of the property you are interested in. Grand Estates can also provide you with all the necessary due diligence in the form of our proprietary PPP® – Property Purchase Package® including information about the property as well as make the property available for personal on-site viewing.

3. Bid on the property of your dreams
On the day of auction, we make it easy and convenient for you and other buyers to place bids in a quick, transparent process that eliminates awkward negotiations or unreasonable above market prices.
