Over a five day period, Grand Estates Auction Company® showed the property to almost 70 families, and a total of 13 bidders participated in the auction. Our bidders came from six different states. These agents who represented the winning bidder took turns passing the phone back and forth, relaying to their bidding client what was taking place at the auction, and trying to convince the prospect to continue to place bids.
