How does the auction process benefit real estate brokers?

For seller's agents:

1. Develop and launch targeted marketing campaign
Relying on your input about the target buyer and choice media outlets, our in-house graphic design team and media planners create professional, attention-grabbing integrated marketing campaigns that include award-winning photography, a specifically targeted mailing list for direct mail, and the precise global focus to attract the world’s most eligible buyers.

2. Personally manage all aspects of the campaign to ensure success
To ensure a smooth, seamless auction, we support you and your client every step of the process with our expert knowledge and experience. From quality control to qualifying prospective buyers, our experienced sales team follow up with all prospective buyers, prepare due diligence, and personally administer the preview period. In addition, an extensive outgoing telemarketing campaign is simultaneously conducted.

3. Auction process
The auction begins and bids are taken. When the gavel goes down and the winning bidder is announced your client’s property is SOLD!


For buyer’s agents:

1. Exclusive access to the most motivated sellers in the marketplace
Our listings are owned by highly motivated sellers who are prepared to sell now.

2. Provide due diligence materials and ease of access prior to auction
Grand Estates will provide your clients with all the necessary due diligence and information about the property in the form of our proprietary PPP® - Property Purchase Package® to give you and your clients the peace of mind when bidding.

3. If your buyer is the winning bidder, earn a commission!
Once your clients take advantage of our innovative and efficient auction process, you, as our local partner, will receive up to a 3% commission available to any properly licensed buyer broker who registers the successful buyer according to certain guidelines.
