For seller's agents:

2. Personally manage all aspects of the campaign to ensure success
To ensure a smooth, seamless auction, we support you and your client every step of the process with our expert knowledge and experience. From quality control to qualifying prospective buyers, our experienced sales team follow up with all prospective buyers, prepare due diligence, and personally administer the preview period. In addition, an extensive outgoing telemarketing campaign is simultaneously conducted.
3. Auction process
The auction begins and bids are taken. When the gavel goes down and the winning bidder is announced your client’s property is SOLD!

Once your clients take advantage of our innovative and efficient auction process, you, as our local partner, will receive up to a 3% commission available to any properly licensed buyer broker who registers the successful buyer according to certain guidelines.
