The property is being sold "as is, where is" basis. We invite you and your experts (i.e. contractors, engineers, inspectors, surveyors, land planners etc.) to inspect the property by appointment as many times as you would like (during our viewing times and dates). AUCTION REGISTRATION:

A $50,000.00 certified check made payable to the bidder, or personal check along with a bank letter of guarantee- made payable to the Escrow Agent, will be required to register to bid on the property.

TERMS:

A ten-percent (10%) down payment will be due immediately after being declared the buyer. The registration fee is applied against the ten-percent down payment. The balance is due in cash at closing within 30 days. A 7.5% buyer's premium will be added to the high bid.
