WHY AN AUCTION?

Grand Estates Auction Company® is pleased to announce that we have been commissioned to sell this magnificent home at auction. This allows you the incredible opportunity, on auction day only, to set the market price for this home.

OFFERING METHOD:
Provisions can be made for those who would like to bid off-site. Please contact our office about remote bidding details.

The property is being sold "as is, where is" basis. We invite you and your experts (i.e. contractors, engineers, inspectors, surveyors, land planners etc.) to inspect the property by appointment as many times as you would like (during our viewing times and dates). We want to provide you with ample access to help you assess the available property. Please contact our Auction Information Office at (704) 529-0026 to make arrangements.

AUCTION REGISTRATION:
A $50,000.00 certified check made payable to the bidder, or personal check along with a bank letter of guarantee- made payable to the Escrow Agent, will be required to register to bid on the property.

TERMS:
A ten-percent (10%) down payment will be due immediately after being declared the buyer. The registration fee is applied against the ten-percent down payment. The balance is due in cash at closing within 30 days. A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the high bid.

BROKER PARTICIPATION:

An extensive Property Purchase Package (PPP) has been prepared to assist buyers in evaluating the property. It contains the following important information:
